There's nothing like the feeling of getting into bed with freshly laundered bedding at the end of a long day.

Snow!

I am grateful for yesterday's lovely snowfall (and trying not to be too disappointed that it didn't get me a day off work), and for peppermint hot chocolate.

there's a crisp winter feel to the air

It's a glorious winter day. The snow from yesterday is making the view outside my window postcard perfect. And the still air has an indescribably good quality to it.

I'm going to enjoy today as fully as I can.
